Receive the new replacement unit

After your return request, we shipped your package. You had the option to track it, and you’ve now received the replacement product.

Swap the products

  1. Remove the new product from the box.
  2. Place the defective prodcut inside the same box.
  3. Seal the box securly with a tape.

Prepare the return label

  1. Locate the FedEx label on the package.
  2. Peel the top corner of the clear pouch and remove the label.
  3. Flip the label to show the return side and place it back in the pouch.
  4. Re-stick the pouch to secure it.
  5. Ensure the label says 'RETURN' with the correct address to SFA.

Return the product

  1. Use the FedEx website or app to find a nearby drop-off point.
  2. Drop off the package with the return label visible.
  3. Request a receipt for validation.
